Please contact Fairy Magyk as soon as possible if there is a problem so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If your item should arrive broken, we may request a photograph of the item and the packaging in addition to the written details. This will help us to investigate the causes of damage. The shipping company may request you to fill out a damage report.

Return the item to me within 7 days by Recorded and signed for post, and I will gladly refund you the cost or send you a replacement.No hassles.
